This is actually my second attempt at an infographic. I thought it was a cute way to genearlly describe the NEPA process (obviously does not get into the details of CE, vs. EIS, Supplemental docs, etc.). But it’s meant to describe why we do the NEPA process for large-scale transportation process, and generally how that process runs.
